The individual or entity using the Website is called the User (”User”). Any kind of use of Websites constitutes an agreement (the ”Agreement”) between CYBER1 and User which includes these terms and conditions applying to your use of such websites. CYBER1 reserves the full right to complete, modify or delete these terms and conditions unilaterally at any time without prior notice. CYBER1 recommends Users to regularly read these terms and conditions.

CYBER1 would like to notify the User that:

CYBER1 does not in any situation give any kind of express or implied representation or warranty whatsoever in respect of the Websites or their contents.
all such representations and warranties related to the previous clause are excluded except to the extent that their exclusion is prohibited by applicable mandatory law.

User shall notify that CYBER1 expressly disclaims all and every direct, indirect and/or consequential damages, losses of any kind of type or form to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law any and all liability, including, without limitation, liability which may arise out of or relate to Users use of or reliance on the Websites or the content(s) of the Website(s).

​Dispute resolution

Any and all disputes or controversies arising out of or relating to the use of the Websites shall be governed by the laws of Sweden excluding its rules on conflict of laws. CYBER1 and the User irrevocably submit the exclusive jurisdiction to the courts of Sweden.
