CYBER1 revises publication date for the Q4 2020 report

Stockholm, Sweden– 16 February 2021 – Cyber Security 1 AB (Publ) (the “Company”) (“CYBER1”) (Nasdaq First North: CYB1) confirms that it has revised its publication date for the Q4 2020 report, to Friday the 26th of February 2021.

The reason for the postponement of the publication of the Q4 2020 report, is due to the ongoing reconstruction process and the recent extension request submitted to the Swedish Courts.

Fourth Quarter Report 2020: 26 February 2021
First Quarter Report 2021: 28 April 2021
Publication of 2020 Annual Report: w/b 31 May 2021
Annual General Meeting: 25 June 2021
Half Year Report 2021: 26 August 2021
Nine Month Report 2021: 15 November 2021
Fourth Quarter Report 2021: 21 February 2022
