Cyber Security 1 announces that acting CEO Peter Gustafsson has left his position as acting CEO. Peter Gustafsson was appointed acting CEO on an interim basis on August 17, 2020 to lead the Company in the ongoing reconstruction process.
The Board is actively engaged in the process of a replacement CEO and will notify as soon as this is complete. Until a replacement CEO has been appointed, the Chairman of the Board, Johan Bolsenbroek will temporarily take the role of acting CEO.
