Dynamic Recovery Services (Pty) Ltd. Thereafter known as DRS (Pty) Ltd. incorporated in the Republic of South Africa.
- 1998
Professional Technologies Ltd. of Nairobi, Kenya incorporated.
- 1999
10 Net ICT Solutions (Pty) Ltd. incorporated in the Republic of South Africa.
- 2011
Cognosec GmbH incorporated as a wholly owned UC Group Ltd company, headquartered in Vienna, Austria.
- 2012
Advanced Risk Mitigation UAE conceived.
- 2013
10 Net ICT Solutions (Pty) Ltd. changes name to African Risk Mitigation (Pty) Ltd. Advanced Risk Mitigation JLT of the United Arab Emirates is incorporated following conception in 2012.
- 2014
A group of companies in South Africa, Dubai & Kenya cooperate with Cognosec GmbH of Austria to provide cutting edge end-to-end cyber security solutions.
- 2015
On 1st January, the entire share capital of DRS (Pty), ARM (Pty) Ltd., ARM JLT UAE & Professional Technologies Ltd. are acquired by Cognosec AB.
- 2016
Intel Security awarded Cognosec AB Security Platinum Partner Status, the highest level attainable under the Intel Security Partner Program.
- 2017
7th Cyber related acquisition completed.
